Why This Matters
Music education should be accessible to everyone!
In 2021, I had to make one of the most heart breaking decisions of my life: I dropped out of music school because I couldn't afford the $10,000-per-month tuition.
That experience is exactly why I created the Tabletop Composer Academy, a completely free online resource where thousands of musicians have already learned music theory, melody writing, and orchestration.
But creating these classes takes hundreds of hours, and right now, I can't afford to keep making them on my own.
This fundraiser will cover my basic costs of living, while I dedicate time to creating each of the next three free Academy classes:
1. Intro to Mixing
2. Reading & Writing Music Notation
3. Creating Realistic MIDI Mockups
Our Goal:
Each new class takes about one month to create. To make that possible, I need to cover my monthly living expenses — rent, bills, student loans, and more — which come to about $3,000 per month.
That’s why the campaign goal is set at $9,000 total: one month of support for each of the three new classes.

Every milestone we reach means another free course added to the Academy — available to every composer, everywhere.
