Stop wondering what to write next. Build a composing process you can rely on. Knowing music theory and knowing how to compose are two different things. You can understand chords, scales, melody, rhythm, and orchestration, and still open a blank project with no idea where to begin. This 8-week cohort is designed to change that. Over eight weeks, I’ll personally guide a small group of composers through the complete workflow I use to take a musical idea from a blank page to a finished piece. Together, you’ll write a new piece every week! Each week includes: • A prerecorded masterclass exploring a new stage of the composing process • A private live Q&A to ask questions and work through challenges • A composition assignment putting that week’s ideas into practice • A private feedback stream where I’ll listen to your music and provide direct feedback Can’t attend live? All live sessions will be recorded and shared afterward. By the End of 8 Weeks You’ll have: - 8 new pieces of music to develop your skills and portfolio. - 8 rounds of direct feedback on your compositions. - A repeatable workflow for taking an idea from inspiration to finished music. Most importantly, you’ll have practiced that process again and again, so the next time you open your DAW or notation software and think... “Okay...what do I do next?” You’ll have an answer! Who Is This For? This cohort is designed for composers who understand some of the basics of music but struggle with turning that knowledge into finished compositions. Rather than simply teaching you more about music, my goal is to help you become better at actually writing it. Limited to 15 Composers Because I’ll personally listen to everyone's music each week, enrollment is limited to 15 students on a first-come, first-served basis. 8 weeks. 8 pieces.
